We are seeking an experienced Feller Buncher Operator for Right-of-Way (ROW) line clearing projects in the Lac du Bonnet area. The successful candidate will operate a feller buncher to safely and efficiently clear timber and brush along utility and infrastructure corridors.

Responsibilities

•    Operate a feller buncher for ROW line clearing
•    Clear trees and brush to project specifications
•    Maintain safe and efficient production
•    Complete daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
•    Work closely with supervisors and ground crews
•    Follow all safety and site regulations

Requirements

•    Previous feller buncher operating experience (ROW experience an asset)
•    Ability to work in a camp-based environment
•    Strong safety awareness
•    Mechanical aptitude considered an asset
•    Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
•    Valid driver’s license

Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Mulcher Operator to join our team in Northern Manitoba. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating mulching equipment safely and efficiently in remote and rugged conditions.

Responsibilities

•    Operate forestry mulching equipment in a safe and productive manner
•    Perform daily inspections and stay on top of all equipment maintenance, including routine servicing and basic repairs
•    Identify mechanical issues early and report or address them as required
•    Work effectively in remote locations and varying weather conditions
•    Follow all company safety policies and procedures
•    Maintain clean and organized equipment and work areas

Requirements

•    Previous experience operating mulchers or similar heavy equipment (forestry or land-clearing experience is an asset)
