About the Role: Grant Kurian Trucking Ltd is seeking an experienced Right-of-Way (ROW) Clearing Supervisor to oversee complex widening and clearing projects. This role is designed for a professional of the logging industry who possesses a high level of technical skill in equipment operation and a master-level understanding of challenging terrain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Oversight: Manage daily operations for ROW widening, ensuring safety and production targets are met.
• Terrain Assessment: Evaluate site conditions, specifically regarding swamp and rock-heavy environments, to determine equipment accessibility.
• Ground Preparation: Strategize and execute ground stabilization and prep work to facilitate safe equipment passage.
• Equipment Mastery: Supervise the operation and maintenance of specialized forestry and logging machinery.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven Experience: Extensive background in logging and forestry equipment operations.
• Expert Judgment: Demonstrated ability to “read the ground” and make critical safety decisions regarding equipment placement in unstable or difficult conditions.
• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of the mechanics and limitations of heavy clearing machinery.
• Leadership: Ability to lead a crew with a focus on efficiency and site safety.
